Rooster or hen

Hi there! My first question for the experts. I got 5 buff Orrington's this year. They are about 12 weeks old. The all look the same except for this one.

its bigger her comb is way bigger and she tends to be very sassy. I cannot pet or pick her up.
What do you think? Rooster?

I think that's a cockerel because of the tail feathering and the comb and wattle redness and size.
