These are silkies. The partridge is definitely a rooster. I just put him in the pics to see the difference. My dilemma is the white. The feathering is not like the rooster. Its comb is not big either, more like the hens. No puff on its head like all my other hens. I have seen the partridge mount it. Thought ok its a hen but then thought it might be a dominance thing. Its waddles are more of a hen. Short and dark. It did have some issues of falling down when it was born. Didnt think it would make it. Maybe it has developmental issues.
My white hen keeps chasing it off from snacks, and also fighting with it. Until I see an egg from it I am baffled. Any thoughts??

How old is the white? If she is the same age as the others in the picture then I would say it is a pulley. Also if she willingly let's a rooster mount her then for sure she is a pullet.

my white is 4 1/2 months old (the one in question) buff is about 1 1/2 yrs, white female is 11 months, blacks are 4 1/2 months, partridge rooster 4 month + pullet partridge 5 months.

I am going to say that its a pullet. My rooster is definitely mating with her. Thank God I only have 1 rooster!! I really lucked out this time.
