Rooster or Hen

The infamous question- what is your guess on this chicken. ROOSTER OR HEN? We are not allowed roosters where I live (going to try to keep him as long unless someone complains or he gets mean) so I would like to set up arrangements if need be.
This one is about a 7 week old Saphire Olive Egger.

How old? I'm not seeing any male specific feathering. The comb is present but doesn't seem to be blushing. Just that little bit of color at the top.

7 weeks! I just added the age and breed. Im new to chickening but this one would chase my hand out of the brooder and is always alert while the others are more relaxed.
