Rooster or hen?

I took my second RIR roo to a chicken swap to swap for a hen. Does anyone have a guess if this is a hen or another roo, or what breed it is? This bird postures for the other Roos where it was. I think it’s about 14 weeks old.

Judging by the wattles, I’d say rooster. As for breed, maybe Cream Legbar.

He’s definitely a cockerel, he’s got male specific feathering and a large comb and wattles. And yeah, he’s likely a cream Legbar.

I would say it is a rooster, because it seems to have curved tail feathers

Definitely a rooster cockerel.

You can clearly see the male saddle feathers coming in here.
As to breed, I agree looks like a cream legbar (possibly a legbar mix but looks right for a non-mixed legbar.).
