Can anyone please tell me if my Uno is a rooster or a hen? Thank You!

How old is Uno? From what looks like red feathers coming in on the shoulder and the tail feathers would vote roo right now.

Yep, Uno is male. That little patch of red on the shoulder/wing will usually increase as he ages.
