Rooster or just odd coloration?

I have two pullets that are Black sex links that look a lot different than each other. One looks like they're supposed to but the other is all black with some mixed in reddish feathers. The black one is a little larger than the redder one and it appears it is getting some hackle and saddle feathers. I read online that these are sexed at birth by appearance and roosters take on the look of a barred rock. Please let me know what you think.

Probably coloration. I've had a couple breeds of birds of the black variety with the streaks of brown, especially in the hackles.
I think it would be odd to mis-sex a sex link.
