Rooster or Pullet? Please help!

I want to adopt this little one tomorrow but am not sure if it is a hen. The owner says that she doesn't know what bread the chicken is and that the chicken is a few months old. Can anyone help please?

No offense, but those are horrible pictures for sexing. I'd lean toward cockerel, just cause of how red the comb is, but am in no way positive. A simple profile shot, and maybe a close head shot are what we need. Narrowing down the age helps also. A few months as in two, or five?
