Ah sorry should have read it properly it says. If it's three weeks old then I'd say it'sprobably a girl. Here are some tips -
Girlsigns - small comb, purple comb, narrow head. Clap your hands above they usually duck
Boysigns - large comb, blocky head, thick legs. Clap your hands they go on alert.

Of course they could have medium combs, heads that aren't blocky or narrow or they don't duck or stand at all. Or they could be brave hens and timid roosters. I like to give my sexing an 85% chance it's correct. This one has a funny comb but it has a narrow head
