Rooster picking on a hen?

I kept this hen penned up for over 3 wks till she was healed up (rooster may have torn her up), but as soon as I let her out both roosters pick on her (especially the youngest), the older rooster protects all the others except her???

They free range on 4 acres, but she hides most of the time, this treatment of her began when I introduced some new chickens & one young rooster, what should I do? It almost seems like I will need to forever keep her penned up or they may kill her???

Hmm... This happens a lot in the world of chickens and there is no real way to stop it that hen is just going to have to find its place at the bottom of the flock unless you have another place to keep her, Sorry I can't help more!
