Rooster problem

I have a rooster and since I got him he always poops in the nest box.He sleeps on the roost.Does anybody have any tips to stop him from doing this.

It doesn't really seem like there is a problem, the only way you could fix that is if you watched him all day long and turfed him out every time he went in th netting box.
