my rooster ripped off his spur and its bleeding ALOT what do i do, its not ripped off all the way its only half way ripped off im freaking out!!! idk how it happened

ok if a cigaret butt can fit over it, put a cigarett butt on it.

That happen to my roo this summer and I had to clip the rest off with a pair of sissors. I put neosporin without pain relief on it after a betadine/water rinse. Then rapped with vet tape for about 3 days then took it off so it could dry up. Worked real well. Try the stop bleed first to stop the bleeding and wait awhile till it stops first. Rinse that off then apply the rest. Good luck

Roos with large dangerous spurs have them removed frequently by twisting off with pliers. You MUST twist but it's fairly simple. The bleeding will stop relatively shortly after. A stop bleeding powder like used in clipping dog nails works too.

Keep pressure on it until it stops bleeding...

You can also use cornstarch to stop the bleeding. I hope he's doing ok
