Rooster Scab/Dried skin

I’ve got a rooster with dried skin/scab in between its thighs and on its chest area. Anyone know what this is?

Can you post some photos of all of him and his housing/how he's kept?
How old is he?
What do you feed?

One scab on the breast looks similar to breast blister, but the to me those yellow areas look a bit infected. Hard to tell if they are infected feather follicles.
The scabbing on the thigh, has he been in a fight?

Have you ever had Marek's in your flock?
