Rooster scared of other chickens

Rooster doesn’t want to be near other chickens he is scared of the other roosters. He gets pecked even by the youngest rooster (6 months) He doesn’t want to mate with the hens either I don’t know how to fix this problem. Any tips?

What is your rooster to hen ratio? With more than one rooster someone has to be at the bottom of the totem pole

What breed and age is he? What breed(s) ages of the rest of the flock and how many altogether?
In a small flock, one rooster is enough.

How old is he, what are the ages and sex of all the other chickens, and how much room do they have? How big in feet or meters are your coop(s) and especially, in feet of meters, your run(s). Photos of how your coops and runs tie together can be really helpful. How do you manage them? Do they free range or when are they allowed access to certain spaces? The more we know about your circumstances and what you have to work with the better chance we have to help you.
