I have a rooster who is vicious to people and to my other rooster. We have him sectioned off in his own little “house” so he doesn’t attack us or the other rooster (who already has cuts on his face from this rooster and we don’t want them to get worse). He has been in there for about 3 days but we put hay, food, water and a cardboard box for him to sleep in. We also put up some plastic sheets so then he wouldn’t be cold because of the wind (because all around him is wire and the air can go through). However he can still see all the hens and the other rooster but we don’t really know what to do with him. We are thinking about giving him away because we don’t want a vicious rooster with us (even though some people don’t wanna vicious rooster). Would he be ok in here/ would he be upset that he can see everyone but not be with them. And how long do you think we would be able to keep him in there for (hopefully not long once the other rooster has healed). I just want him to be happy but also know that what he is doing is not good.

He will be fine in there but I would give him a roost in there. I would send him to freezer camp if you have no attachment to him.
If you put the roosters back together they will just fight again, it would be good to have them constantly separated.
I have had him since he hatched so I am 100% attached to him so I don’t think I would eat him, however I am fine to give him to a good home. And I will find a roost for him. I just didn’t know if it would hurt him being in there 😊

Depending on how many hens you have i would suggest either splitting your flock or getting more for this rooster to have a flock of his own.
Not to be a downer, but the 2 options are you keep him or give him away and he gets eaten, nobody wants a mean rooster they don't care about for a pet. Hoping it dosen't come to that though. :hugs

How many hens do you have? As others have mentioned, perhaps you need to add more hens or if you have many, you might need to rename him Stew.
No one wants a mean rooster and if you give him away, tell them that he is aggressive.
