You can use these for decoration or everyday use. Flour Sack towels are a light material and can be washed on a delicate cycle and dried on low in your dryer. They do wrinkle, you can iron them just put a piece of cloth over the Vinyl before you put the iron on the towel.
I only use Siser Heat Transfer Vinyl on my linens as it is a better quality vinyl than some other brands.
Flour Towel: Flour sacks are not really sacks at all, but sheets of fabric made of very thin cotton threads. The weave is tighter than cheesecloth, but loose enough that you can see through the cloth. They're not really intended to be used as dish towels, except for maybe polishing streaks.
