Rooster trouble

I have 11 hens and one rooster . My hens are plucking the feathers from my roosters back end. It was only the feathers at first , but now today I noticed he is starting to bleed . What can I do. I need help in Michigan.

Put some blu-kote on the wound. It's available at most feed stores. Give your birds more protein. What are they eating?
