Rooster wanted Magnolia TX

I am looking for a grown rooster / hen that will be able to teach my dogs right from the start --- before I get any baby chickens. I am in Magnolia Tx.

What kind of dog do you have
Problem is if rooster puts your dog in place who's gonna stop rooster from hurting chicks
Baby chicks cannot be with flock until they are old enough to defend themselves
For me it was 12 weeks before chicks were big enough
Now listen you could research on imprinting and try to get them to imprint on a hen or possibly a rooster if he's not aggressive
I have no experience with imprinting but have seen the results of it with duck being imprinted to a dog

Make sure your rooster doesn't get killed! In my opinion, it's best to star the training when the dogs are puppies. But, I hope it works out! You will have to BE ON THE DOG!! Don't let them get away with anything!
