Rooster wing dance question

I have a question about the rooster wing drop dance. Do they only do this dance with hens and sometimes people, or do they also do it with other roosters?

The reason I ask I that I have an eight week old chick I still can't sex and today I saw my older rooster do the wing dance to the chick. Does this mean the chick is a girl?

No. Roosters do that to hens, or any other bird that is under it. It is just their way of saying, "I'm in command, I'm circling you to make sure you keep in order." you should post pics of your chick!we could probably sex it for you!
