Rooster with toes swollen in both feet-??

THe rear toes of both feet are very swollen, and the swelling has moved into the foot area.
I have started him on oral tetracycline as a general broadspectrum antibiotic.

Suggestions on treating his feet?? I need him!!

Apririn or other pain releiver
something to take the swelling down?
fighting the infection?

I have injectable oxytet-100
and sulfameth . . . . sorry can't remember spelling

Is it bumblefoot?
If so the combiotic needs to be injected into the swollen area after it is lanced and cleaned out.

I suppose it could be bumble foot, though this started with the rear toes being swollen so I'm thinking some thing else. It got better with R&R, then when I turned him loose again, it got worse again. Just not sure what it is. THinking a local infection perhaps thru the toe tail. . . .??
