Rooster won't stand or crow

Someone please help. I have only had my chickens for a year and now my rooster ( Lucky) won't stand up or crow. I have been reading my books and the closest thing I can come up with is Mareks disease. What do I do for him? I have been trying to make him wet mash and he does manage to eat some but he won't move. He barley made it into the coup last night. I also have one hen (Blondie) that has completely stopped laying for the last month now and she looks like she has been pulling out her breast feathers. I have these chickens more as pets than anything and I am afraid they are not going to make it. Any advise would surly be appreciated.

I am pretty new to this but if any signs of disease (especially Marek's) you should isolate from other chickens. I think our silkie also has Marek's.
