Rooster?

Is this a rooster? it's 8 wks old. Acting a little bossy. My other girls don't have red thing like this on there heads.

Most chickens you can't tell--FOR 100% SURE-- until it:

1-lays an egg
2-crows

If it crows, it's probably a boy.

Post a pic of your chick in question, that would be helpfull! Roos feather out slower, have a comb and wattle that turn red more quickly and more stocky legs. Good luck
