Rooster?

So I have these 2 light brahma chickens, and one is seems much bigger than the other, and i could see these bumps forming on its beak. Do I have a rooster?

I found my roos are much smaller than my pullets. Also, all of them developed combs at about the same rate, but my cockerels' combs are turning pink/red far earlier than the pullets.
