Hello! I have two questions. First, when is it safe to mix by young chicks with the adult Rooster and Hen & Duck? The 2nd is what to do about my Rooster who is pecking my grandkids?

Roosters generally leave chicks alone - ducks can be problematic. If kids are involved, there is no place for a human aggressive rooster. The possibility of serious injury is real.
I agree with Sourland - the rooster should be fine with the chicks, but if he’s not good with the grandkids, I wouldn’t keep him around.

I would keep the kids away from the rooster . That’s respect! Kids are irritating
Lol well that's one way to put it.

I would always say get rid of the rooster if you have kids around and he's being aggressive. But this isn't what I do. I just keep the kids away from my boys.
Although none of them would hurt anyone.
I don't want kids around my boys.
