roosters and hens...adivice plz

at around 3 weeks old can you tell what chicks are roosters and what ones are girls and what are the signs

Many chicks you can tell their gender day one.

I look for early reddening of the comb, their stance.

Some chicks can be color sexed. (Sex link)

Some chicks can be feather sexed the first week.

I suggest you use the search function up above but better yet, get some pics of your chicks and post them on the Breed and Gender forum.
