Hi, I ended up with two Black Copper Maran roosters (first roosters I have owned). I believe they are both about 4 months old. We have 9 hens. When I let them out to graze towards the end of the day one (Mousse) will stay in the run, almost looks like he is guarding it. The other (Pudding) comes out, but has been aggressive towards my daughters and myself, not bad, but we don't want to have to constantly watch our backs when we are out with the chickens. For sure will be giving Pudding away. My questions is, do you guys think Mousse will become the aggressive one once Pudding is gone or can his demeanor just be more friendly? The gentleman who will take Pudding most likely will take Mousse too. Just not sure if I should be giving Mousse a chance to be a good rooster???
