I have three roosters and I have had them for over a year. Two were hatched together and the one was introduced before they reached maturity. Yesterday I noticed the one that was introduced and one that was hatched were fighting. They have gotten in squaks before but nothing like this. Now the one that was hatched is terrified of the one and won’t go near it. I managed to get them to sleep together in the coop last night and they were fine. When I went out this morning one was in the run and the other in the coop. They still won’t go near each other and when they were close the one tried to fight. Will this run its course over time? I have them free ranging now for space but I’m so confused why they all the sudden aren’t getting along. I understand three is not ideal, but it was working for all this time. I read that in the spring they tend to shake up the pecking order. Any advice would be wonderful!

The one that hatched tried to take the flock. He didn't succeed but now the senior rooster will really drive his point home that he is dominant and the other will submit.

I would choose ONE guy and rehome the others. The fights will continue eventually and the underdogs will always be looking over their shoulders.

If you had multiple coop setups and lots and lots of space where the two underdogs could try to win over some of the hens to be theirs, things might be different.
