Roosters' fighting

My cocks fights all day especially when one of them mates with a hen the other two roosters fight him, How can we get rid of this problem ??

This is just their nature. One will try to be the dominant roo and this is how they show it. If they aren't drawing blood you can just let them do their thing. I've seen roos kick other roos off hens many times and have yet to see any blood. Separation is the only solution if you do start seeing blood.

Separate or get rid of the excess roosters. This is a great scenario for injured hens.
