Will consider trade for young hen.

We have a few extra roosters from this spring season that we are looking to rehome. Our farm hasn't had any illness this year (well, or any year) or mites or anything like that. They are not vaccinated or wormed.

From Murray McMurray Hatchery: SILVER LEGHORN (rare) - $10 Born mid February
He is a gorgeous black with dark green highlights, gorgeous tail, bright white ears and large red comb. He has been the rooster "in charge" of our broiler hens, but the last of his girl's were sent to freezer camp this weekend and we feel so bad for him. He is a good rooster who takes care of his girls and will be a great addition to any hen house. He is about 4 lbs, is expected to reach 6lbs. He is living with 4 turkeys right now and is hilarious, still thinks he is in charge! Has been raised on pasture.
*He does NOT like to be held or handled. He hasn't attacked us, but takes a wide path away from us. We haven't held him since he was a small chick just beacuse we don't want to stress him out and he hasn't been a problem. (we will be able to catch him for transport though.) Just wanted you to know he won't be a pet.

Hatched from our own chickens:
DOMINIQUE Rooster - $10 born early June
He is a good wingman for a rooster-in-charge. We have not seem him manage a flock by himself, but his dad is the best so the potential is in him. He has been a good wingman to his brother though with their little flock of girls. He has a smaller comb, good clear black and white barring on feathers. Isn't old enough to tell what his tail will look like yet. Dad is about 10lbs, very large, with wonderful long sickle tail feathers.

EASTER EGGER Rooster - $10 born early June
Beautiful combination of orange and yellow with grey. Long gray tail starting to form. His sister has a beautiful grey beard/muff, so any offpsring should have good "Americana" qualities. Dad has large tail with long sickle feathers. Is in the same flock as the two dominique roosters (so many roosters!) without any conflict right now.

We also have a very young white rooster that is half SILKIE (mom), half easter egger (dad.) He is a silly mix of traits, but very very cute and SO soft. Would be good if you wanted to condition him to be a pet. five toes, small feather puff on top of his head. blue ears I believe (he has alot of brothers and sisters...it's hard to remember.) I believe if he is not pure white he has a few tan feathers on his back. feathered feet. $5 - I didn't take a photo of him because their coop/run is hard to navigate, but I believe this is a photo of his sister that just so happened to be in a shot of the Easter Egger.
Was born the third week of June.

Willing to consider a trade for a young hen.
