Your poor hen has probably been overbred by the four roosters and is hiding to avoid them. If she isn't as fast getting away as other hens, she is probably has been over used by all of them. It would be much better if you keep only the best rooster and cull the others. As you say there will probably be other roosters when your youngsters grow up.
If you don't need fertile eggs for hatching or selling, you don't even need a rooster. Hens will continue to lay eggs and be a lot happier and less stressed without roosters mauling them.
