Roosters not crowing

I have 2 roosters a Dominique and a Rhode island Red, They crow but then I have 3 more dominiques that I thought were roosters but they haven't crowed yet. Their 22 weeks old today and the hens have started laying.

All roosters are different. Some take a while to start crowing while others, like mine, crow at 10 weeks.
