Roosters question!

Will three roosters that grew up together most likely get along even though there will only be nine hens with them for the first year and then I'm planning on getting about fifteen more hens or can you not tell if the roosters will get along?

The roosters will figure out their own pecking order... it will be hard on the hens.

yep the hens could be over mated

hens with back & neck feathers torn out... over-zealous roos... they can't help it, it is their nature.
