Roosters Stopped Crowing & No Eggs?

Hi, all!

Very odd one here.

We have about 60 chickens - from 3 months old to 3 years old. All of a sudden, about a month ago, the roosters completely stopped crowing, and the hens stopped laying eggs!

We haven't had any other issues - no additional deaths or problems in the flock. No signs of mites or critters eating the eggs.

What could it be?

Any noisy things happening near by? Possibly a predator or someone passing by. Change in feed. Shortening of the day would slow them down. With the older ones molt could be stopping them. Odd that the roosters have stopped crowing.
