I think any breed can have the odd rooster who attack us when entering coop. It can hurt, but i noticed the guineas have no issue dealing with these roosters. Is it good dto have a guinea around to help with this?

Not one guinea, no, they're a flock bird and should be kept in groups of their own kind.
To make a rooster stop attacking, grab it. Tuck its wings to its sides so it can't thrash and hurt itself, tuck it under your arm, and walk around for awhile ignoring its protests. It'll calm down eventually, don't put it down until it does. You can also use the opportunity to trim the spurs. Eventually it'll stop attacking you, having learned that you're stronger than it. Works better than violence because it isn't threatening and doesn't make the roo think you're dangerous to the hens.
