ROOSTERS?

These 2 are at least 3 months old (we received them May 1st but don't know when they hatched). The Lavender bantam has been crowing for about 3 weeks so I assume he is a Rooster. I cant have roosters in our neighborhood. So I am planning on giving him away. But then today our silkie started crowing! Is she also a Rooster? Any help would be appreciated. I really dont want to start all over with unsexed babies. We love them so much!

Can anyone please confirm or deny my suspicions? Dont want to get rid of a hen just because its crowing, but dont want to keep a rooster either....

no but he has streamers and only cockerels get those
