Got one bird going into its roost early like 3-4 hrs before everybody else, what would the reason be for that? When watching her I also noticed that she was picking at the bottom of her feet while on the roost?

She may be uncomfortable and is grooming at the part of her body that irritates. I would check not only her feet but her feathercoat to see if anything is amiss. It also would be a good idea to put some food-grade diatomaceous earth on the roost. Do you have wound powder, blue-kote and other treatments on hand in case there is a foot problem? Take a look and revisit is to get assistance, please.
