Roosting ideas?

Need help with what to add to my coop for the roost. There are a copy of pictures on my BYC page, but I could not get them posted here.

take a 2x4 with the big side facing up, so they would sit on the 4" part. I use 2x4 scraps screwed to the wall to support the roost and just screw the roost to the blocks. Some people like using branches, but if you do I suggest using DE in your coop because mites can hide in the bark. Besides that, I am of no help...

Edit to say that your main problem will be keeping the roosts higher than the nests, that way they won't sleep in them.
