Rose-combed Mediterranean Breeds and COLD

Can rose-combed Mediterranean breeds like leghorns and minorcas adapt to cold climates?
Will they be happy?
Will they be capable of laying eggs?
Will they be capable of reproducing?

I have single comb Ancona, and have had Andalusian. They do fine here in our Wisconsin winters. They may get a touch of frostbite on their combs. Rose combed ones won't have that problem.
