I bought several rosetta quail.
1 identified male has a white throat patch and a white eye liner.
I have at least 3 that look like this.
There are some that have a white throat patch but tan/brown eye stripe. Are those hens?? Basing on bobwhite coloration.
Then there are 3 or 4 that don't have a white throat patch but brown. With a faint tan eye stripe.
My meat makers quail are easy to sex but rosettas are a tough one.
