Rotating runs

I am asking for trouble by switching gangs from one run to another? Right now the older buff orps are in the temporary run that i use for the younger chickens and the younger ones are free roaming around in the usual buff yard. Just wondering if they are territorial in a way or if it is unsettling to them.

Mine free range, so I've never had to deal with that. But maybe this will bump you up so someone with experience can weigh in.

I guess its just a matter of watch and see how it goes...

they seemed to prefer their "own" areas but have gotten better about it the last day or so
