Hi! I recently bought a couple BEAUTIFUL, show potential, bantam Cochins, but 2/4 of the roosters have spurs that are dead
one has small black spurs that are still hanging on also with scaly leg mite that I'm treating and the other just has a black spot where they used to be.
could this be from a previous owner cutting the spurs too short, or from being trapped in a small cage?
