I can’t they’re all the same

Can you put different colored leg bands or wing bands on them so you can tell them apart

So these I have kept in the fridge because we were experiencing freezing temperatures and eggs were freezing.

So these were all “questionable” lol

I'd bet that was the issue.
Sometimes our eggs aren't frozen, but pretty darn close, and the yolk becomes almost jelly like at room temperature.
We feed those to the dog.

Well we were getting super cold temps. If the eggs were out an hour they froze. We did our best. But they still could have

You go out there and a hen is in the box. You go out 20 minutes later, she's still there, 20 minutes later another hen is in the box, so you wait 20 minutes, and go back to find that hen still in the box.

You decide to spend 30 minutes on another task, and go out to find 2 almost frozen eggs.

If there's a hen in the box, I say, 'scuse me, I need to see what's under here, and I reach under and take whatever she's sitting on. Very rarely do any of them object much and if they do I just block their head with one hand while removing the eggs with the other.

I have them banded by generation but I wonder if there’s a system I could develop for individual

BAnds on the other leg. Doyble bands. Band on the wing. Millions of permutations.
