Rotting Wing?

Hi, I have a pullet with a jacked up wing. She stinks like it's rotting, the feathers look almost like they are disintegrating. I don't know anything about doctoring chickens. Any ideas on how to care for her?

Did you check for a bite? The smell sounds like there is an infection. I suggest you take it to a vet. I think I saw a vet spray for chickens at TSC but its not cheap either.

Ok Chicken is still with me. I gave her a bath and have tried iodine/ med. powder. Her eye is also jacked up and when I gave her a bath she stuck her head under the faucet and got some water in her. So now she has some drainage on her left nostril. Left is fine. I took some pictures of her wing and eye.Here are some links to see what I am talking about.

First one is eye the rest are under and on top of wings. I thought about picking up some penicillian but not sure how much to give. I talked to 3 vets and they don't look at birds. Thanks for any input.
