Rouen ducks

O man getting close to start putting my Rouens into there breeding pens to sell to local feed store/ hatchery so they can start placing orders or people who want them. I just put them in a separated pen from the others I put my 4 hens in and my 2 best drakes and the last drake I use for breeding crested ducks. Please I would like to know how other people breed their ducks any kind I would just like to know.

I wish I could help, I have not done any breeding.

I know there are a number of people on the forum who breed them, though.

You may need a pool of water to help stimulate breeding, then you may need to check eggs for fertility. Are you going to put the eggs in incubators or hope they set? Or have another bird that sets? the book "Storeys guide to Ducks" by Dave Holdrread has all the info you should need. You can get it online at Amazon or anywhere that sells books

Ya I do all that already and they just lay in straw I w have AWESOME breeding males. Thank you .
