Rouen make or female ?

I have a question about my Rouen , I originally thought she was a female she was primarily brown now she is presenting signs male (green with white band ) but it’s splotchy half her head is brown half is green. Is this normal ? Is she a he ?

Yes, she is most likely a he. They all start out looking like girls and then the boys molt into their breeding colors. My drake who hatched in early May is just starting to get his green head feathers in.
