Rough, untender chicken meat

It is all because of you guys (BYC)! To think I knew nothing about chickens 2 years ago.. then I bought a house - and when I was searching for a new house one argument was "need to be able to have some chickens" lol. Once I moved in, I read about chicken, coops, plans, construction for about a year, then started.

I live alone, I am a woman.. pretty happy I could construct that and make it happen. If I can do it, anyone can.

I invited my whole family for a big BBQ at my house in a few weeks to share the home grown chicken meat and garden products. Already starting to think about all the different chicken recipes I will be making
