Royal Palm = how much SQ ft???

I heard it wasn't good to keep turkeys with chickens because of the disease "blackhead". But, people do keep them together with no problems.

Chickens give it to turkeys. I have 3 RP turkeys...2 hens and a tom. They about 12-17 weeks old and doing well. I do have one roo in there with them but only because I don't know what to do with him.

Mulemom.....I got my Royal palms from cheepchicks. They are getting sooo big, and the male loves to "puff up" when DH goes out there.
As said before, it is not wise to keep them with chickens.....for the fear of "Blackhead disease" This disease is transmitted through chicken poo. I had to recently move my Turks to a different pen...thiers was muddy and stayed too wet. They are now on grass...and lovin it! ( untill thier new coop is done.) They DO have temporary room mates...a hen and a roo....untill I can find the roo a home, and put the hen in with the others.( anyone need a FINE looking RIR Roo?) I dont think getting just one would be fair....everything should come in pairs.
