Royal Palm molting badly!

Hi, I have a Royal Palm hen that sat on eggs for over 8 wks. She helped hatch peacock eggs for us. Now, she is looking like she has been plucked from her legs to mis section. And the rest is thin. What caused this and what can I do? Please e-mail me at [email protected] I thank you so much!
