I have 10 29 week old pullets. They have all been laying regularly for the last 4-8 weeks. We had a couple rubber eggs in the beginning, which I understand is normal, but suddenly this week, I had a rubber egg two days in a row in a nest box and this morning there were 2 on the poop board! They are eating layer feed and have free will oyster shell available to them at all times. I also occasionally add crushed egg shells to the greens I give them as a treat. Is this still just early laying issues or should I be concerned?

Sounds like you're doing all you need to, for shell production. Lack of calcium, will give thin shelled eggs, not shell less. Mmight by just a hereditary trait of the stock you ended up with. I'd wait it out and see if things get back to normal. I get a couple a week, without shells, out of 70 hens. The rest of the eggs are solid shelled.
