Hello, I have some Friends in the Orange County area who want to raise chicks for eggs. They just need to know what the rules and regulations are for their area. The do's and don'ts
Please help

Orange County is different for each city. I know parents in fountain valley can not have chickens so they need to contact their local city and find the ordinance for them.
