Rumpless Rooster~~~ FREE?!?!

I saw this on craigslist earlier today, and was wondering if anyone was interested. He looks Rumpless, but Im not sure, as I have never actually seen him in person. I already have enough roosters, or he would be mine, but Im sure there is someone here who wants him!

Thats kinda what it looked like to me, but I dont know. He does have some beautiful coloring though.
